ONLINE DUTCH 4 BEGINNERS CLASS II (A0-A1)

Dutch 4 Beginners is starting a new Dutch beginners class on:

This course is designed for people who;

• Have completed the Beginners Class I course or have covered the topics of this course

• Enjoy the interaction with other students

• Do not have enough discipline to do self-study

Your Dutch classroom will have between 4 minimum to 8 students max and will be conducted via Google Meet. If by the above date, the minimum number has not been reached, it may be delayed until enough people have expressed interest.

HOE? HOW?

You will learn Dutch in a virtual classroom with an experienced Dutch language teacher. The classes will be conducted via Google Meet. All you need is an internet browser. You won’t need any software, but you do need

• A stable internet connection

• A microphone

• A camera.

To have an enjoyable experience we do ask that all the students turn on their cameras and microphone

Lesson material will be provided prior to the class. You can print it out if you want, but you can also just use the digital document provided.

All the lessons will be recorded so that you can either catch up on missed lessons or rewatch the lesson again. These are stored on your dedicated student portal page, which also contains other useful links.

The virtual Dutch classroom will be on the same weekday and at the same time each week. This course will run for 20 sessions and will run for 20 consecutive weeks

HOEVEEL? HOW MUCH?

When you sign up for the online Dutch course, you book for the full 20 sessions, however, we do offer you two different payment options. You can either pay in one or two instalments. When you pay in one instalment you’ll enjoy our more beneficial hourly rate

Each Dutch classroom lasts for 60 minutes. The above rates also include;

• The lesson material used during your Dutch course

• Homework assignment

During the Dutch classes;

• We will discuss the lesson material

• You can ask questions to your Dutch teacher

• We will recap lesson material and review homework.

Yes, you will get homework exercises every week, so to keep up with the class, besides the class times, you should also plan for some time each week to do your Dutch homework.

During the next 20 classes, we will cover the following subjects:

• Regular Present Tense Verbs

• Irregular Present Tense Verbs

• Top 100 verbs

• Dutch sentence structure

• Dutch sentence & verb inversion

• Dutch questions (open & closed)

• Compound Verbs

Throughout this course, we will also use a range of listening, reading, vocabulary, and practice exercises to apply the skills that you are learning.
